试论荧光原位杂交法检测TE RC基因在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

摘  要:目的:分析荧光原位杂交法(FISH)检测人类端粒酶(TECR)基因应用于宫颈癌筛查的作用。方法选择我院收治的患宫颈癌的患者100例,所有患者经过阴道镜、细胞学、杂交捕获以及FISH TERC检查后确诊,研究细胞学与FISH TERC与组织学三者之间存在的联系,分析细胞学、FISH TERC与杂交捕获这三种筛查手段的优势与劣势,评价TERC在宫颈癌筛查中的可行性。结果在对比中发现,FISH TERC的敏感性与阴性预测值比杂交捕获检测值低,和细胞学基本一样,但是FISH TERC的特异性和阳性预检值与准确性比细胞学与杂交捕获明显要好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FISH TERC准确性较高,可以有效的应用与宫颈癌的筛查中,值得临床推广。objective to analysis method of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)to detect human telomerase gene (TECR)is applied to the role of cervical cancer screening.Methods choose 100 cases of cervical cancer patients of our hospital,all of the patients after colposcope,cytology,hybrid capture and FISH TERC confirmed after check,cytology and FISH TERC and histology,the relation between cytological analysis,FISH TERC and hybrid capture these three advantages and disadvantages of screening,evaluation of TERC feasibility in cervical cancer screening.Results found in contrast,the sensitivity and neg-ative predictive value of FISH TERC is lower than a hybrid capture values,and cytology is essentially the same,but the specificity and positive engineering value and the accuracy of FISH TERC is better than cytology and hybrid capture obviously,statistically significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion FISH TERC accuracy is higher,can be effectively applied to cervical cancer screening,worth clinical promotion.
