镉对菠菜中金属元素吸收影响的基因型差异研究

摘  要:[目的]为了了解不同菠菜品种对镉处理的生理生化反应的差异和对镉积累的基因型背景差异。[方法]研究了镉对菠菜吸收金属元素的基因型差异及镉对菠菜生长的影响。[结果]10 mg/L镉溶液可以显著降低菠菜生物学产量。经镉处理后,镉影响菠菜对金属元素的吸收、分配,地上部K、Cu、Zn含量降低,根部K、Mg、Mn和Zn含量增加。无论地上部还是根部,Ca、Al、Mo和Fe含量都增加。[结论]该研究可以为培育无公害的菠菜品种提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The research aimed to comprehend the difference of different spinach eultivars on the physiological and biochemical reaction of cadmium (Cd) treatment and the difference of genetype background of Cd accumulation. [ Method] Genotypic differences and effects on Cd concentrations and accumulations in spinach( Spinacia oleracea)growth were studied. [ Result] The nutrient solutions containing 10 rag/ ml cadmium could significantly reduce the biomass yield of spinach. Cadmium caused some changes of uptake and distribution of metallic eke- ment in spinach. The concentration of potassium (K), copper (Cu) andzinc (Zn) decreased in shoot, while the concentration of potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn) and zinc (Zn) increased in roots. In addition, cadmium exposure resulted in an increase in calcium ( Ca), aluminum ( Al), molybdenum (Mo) and ferrum (Fe) concentrations in both shoots and roots. [ Conclusion ] The research could provide the theoretical basis for the cultivation of pollution-free spinach cuhivars.
