摘　　要：为了了解我国蜂产品研究方面的专利情况,分别以"蜂蜜"、"花粉"、"蜂王浆"、"蜂胶"和"蜂毒"为检索词,检索出自1985年以来在我国的专利申请情况,从申请量情况、申请法律状态、申请人地域和类型等方面进行分析,探讨了我国蜂产品方面专利发展的问题、对策与建议,以期为蜂产品研究的科技创新与知识产权保护提供积极的参考依据。In order to acquire the situation of patent on bee products in China,the patent application situations were searched since 1985 by using ＂honeybee＂,＂pollen＂,＂royal jelly＂,＂propolis＂,＂venom＂ as index words.The applications,the legal status of patent application,the region and type of applicant and so on were analyzed in the paper.The problems,the countermeasures and suggestions of patent work on bee products research were discussed too.The paper will provide a positive reference for scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property protection on bee products research.
