摘　　要：采用超声波法提取川佛手中的总黄酮.讨论了乙醇体积分数、超声温度、料液比、超声时间和超声功率等因素对提取率的影响;通过L9(34)正交实验,得到川佛手总黄酮的最佳提取工艺:乙醇体积分数为60%,超声温度为45℃,料液比为1:20(g·mL-1),超声时间为1.0h和超声功率为900W,提取最大率为4.160%.Total falconoid were extracted from Chuan Bergamot by ultrasonic method.The effects of five factors on the extraction,including alcohol volume fraction,leaching temperature,material/solvent ratio,leaching times and extraction power were studied by single factor test.The optimal parameters were determined as follows：alcohol volume fraction was 60%,leaching temperature was 45℃,the ratio of Honeysuckle Flower to ethanol was 1：20（g·mL-1）,time was1.0hand ultrasonic power is 900 W,by L9（34）orthogonal experiment,the maximum extraction rate was 4.160%.
