摘　　要：针对高校信息化建设中存在的"信息孤岛"等问题,清华大学一些学者提出了URP(University resource planning大学资源计划)解决方案.根据URP方案框架,结合国内外文献研究成果及我校信息化实施经验,提出了实施URP的五个步骤及URP公共平台建设的四个建议.＂Information Island＂is formed in building university information along with some other issues,and some scholars from Tsinghua University proposed URP（University Resource Planning）solution.Based on URP solution framework,combined with domestic and international literature and author＇s experience in the implementation of information technology,the paper proposes a five step implementation of the URP,focusing on the public platform construction URP proposed four aspects of recommendations.
