景观敏感地段的设计思考

摘　　要：景观敏感地段的建筑设计虽有诸多限制因素,但也可提供更多创作机遇,整体设计观念的引入在这类地段往往有特别价值。尝试回顾广州白云山麓湖风暴区边缘的横技岗路某建筑的创作,探讨景观敏感地段建筑创作可采取的整体性设计策略:通过建筑形体的控制和轮廓线的推敲,妥善处理建筑与周边环境的协调关系;强调建筑、景观和室内的整体性设计;关注建筑细部和材质的协同;借鉴地域文化与风格,使建筑融入环境并体现地域特点。There are many restrictive factors for architectural design in landscape sensitive areas. However, these could also provide much more chances for the design. It is of special value for the introduction of integrated design strategies to landscape sensitive areas. This paper reviews the design of a building located beside Hengzhigang Road on the edge of Luhu Lake Scenic Area of Baiyun Mountain, one of the most sensitive landscape areas in Guangzhou. The paper also explores the strategies and methods of design in landscape sensitive areas： the control of building shape and contour line, the coordination and proper handling of the relationship between building and its surrounding environment, the emphasis on integrated design of architecture, landscape and interiors, the concem about the coordination between details and materials, and the reference to local architectural style, thereby integrating the building into its surroundings and reflecting the distinct regional architecture style.
