摘  要:针对传统修补、养护方法易造成的交通拥堵,环境污染等问题创新性的提出以废旧皮革提炼的明胶作为自修复微胶囊的新原料.微胶囊以一定比例与混凝土混合,主要用于修复路面出现的微小裂缝.研究表明:这种新材料不仅降低了传统微胶囊的成本,还解决了废旧皮革带来的环境污染等诸多问题.通过对此微胶囊的经济效益及环境效益进行分析,为其实际应用提供更加有理有据的保障.With the rapid development of highway construction, the problem of highway mainte-nance is on the increase. To deal with the traffic jam and environmental pollution caused by traditional repair and maintenance methods, a new raw material, gelatin extracted from waste leather as self-healing microcapsule, is proposed. Microcapsules, mixed with concrete in prop-er proportion, is mainly used to repair the tiny cracks of the road. The study shows that this new material not only reduces the cost of traditional microcapsules but also solves the problems such as environmental pollution caused by the scrap leather. The economic and environmental benefits of this microcapsule ensures the practical application.
