摘　　要：目的探讨经椎旁肌间隙入路内固定治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者的围术期护理。方法对35例经椎旁肌间隙入路内固定治疗无神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折患者围术期各项护理措施进行回顾性分析及总结。结果 35例经椎旁肌间隙入路内固定治疗无神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折患者经围术期精心护理,取得良好临床效果,未发生护理并发症。结论经椎旁肌间隙入路内固定治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折临床疗效好,手术创伤小;围术期的良好护理对手术成功、减少并发症发生具有重要意义。Objective To investigate methods and effects of postoperative care of internal fixation via paraspinal approach for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury. Methods To offer special care to 35 cases during the operation of internal fixation via paraspinal approach and to observe the effects and results of corresponding care on patients′rehabilitation. Results 35 patients achieve Satisfactory clinical results. No severe complications occurred. Conclusion Internal fixation via paraspinal approach may be effective in patients with thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury. Success rate could be enhanced, complications of surgery could be prevented by giving the proper care during the operation.
