摘　　要：新型城镇化是以城乡统筹、城乡一体、产城互动、节约集约、生态宜居、和谐发展为基本特征的城镇化，是大中小城市、小城镇、新型农村社区协调发展、互促共进的城镇化。做好镇级中心区规划，将会对城乡一体化起到至关重要的作用。New urbanization is the urbanization with essential features of urban-rural development balance, urban-rural inte-gration, production and city’s interaction, saving and intensive, ecological and livable and developing harmoniously. With it, cities, smal towns and new- type rural communities develop harmoniously and promote each others. It wil play a crucial role in urban and rural integration to complete the township central planning.
