摘　　要：本文在大学管理运营模式不断改革的背景下，通过对中德十所大学的公共教学空间的生均建筑面积和空间构成类型两方面的对比，提出了中国未来大学公共教学楼空间的发展趋势。Under the background of the continuous reform of university management operation mode, this article through the contrast of two aspects of public teaching space constru-ction area in Chinese and German ten universities to put for-ward the development trend of Chinese university public buil-ding space in the future.
