摘　　要：美国新传统邻里道路设计对我国小城镇道路设计有很大的启示。虽然 TND 模式与我国国情有一点区别，但是对于城镇建设却有一定的指导意义。New American traditional neighborhood road de-sign has great enlightenment on the road design in smal towns of our country. Though there is a lit le dif erence between the TND mode and Chinese condition, it has certain guiding sign-ificance to town construction.
