摘　　要：近年来,城市灾害频发,城市综合防灾规划编制势在必行。城市基础设施是城市综合防灾规划的主要内容,研究以城市基础设施系统作为研究对象,探讨其现状防灾能力评价、防灾空间布局、规划对策与措施方面的方法及思路,并以新疆克拉玛依市独山子城区综合防灾规划为例展开探讨,为类似地区的防灾规划提供参考。As natural disasters frequents in recent years, the importance of disaster prevention planning escalates. Infrastructure is the major content of the planning. The paper studies current disaster prevention ability evaluation, space planning and approaches in the disaster prevention planning of Dushanzi district, Karamay city.
