现代高层建筑中的“拟地化”环境补偿及发展趋势

摘　　要：随着信息时代的来临,高层建筑的发展逐渐人性化,高层建筑的"拟地化"环境是其重要标志之一。文章简要回顾了高层建筑发展特点及其主要使用空间远离地面所带来的一些负面效应,归纳了为消除和减弱这些负面因素所采用的一种重要手段——"拟地化"环境补偿。本文分析了现代高层建筑"拟地化"的四种主要形式及特点,并根据高层建筑的最新发展总结出"拟地化"的发展趋势。高层建筑"拟地化"的补偿空间在未来的高度城市化环境中将发挥巨大的作用,人工和自然环境的结合将演化出更多、更富有创意的高层建筑形式和城市空间,为人类提供更健康、幸福的生存环境。In recent years, the development of high-rise buildings has entered a stage of humane, in which Ground Creating in high-rise buildings as the natural environment is one of the important symbols. Its development trends will affect the shapes of the buildings and the cities, as well as our lifestyle in the future. This article makes a brief review on the development of high-rise buildings as well as some of the negative effects due to its main space away from the ground. It makes a summary of the important means to reduce these negative factors, which is Ground Creating for environment compensation. It makes an analysis on four main forms of ground creating in high-rise buildings and makes a predict of the development trend based on the latest developments in high-rise buildings. Ground Creating for natural compensation will play an important role in the future urbanization. The combination of the artificial and the natural environment will evolve more and more creative forms of high-rise buildings and urban space. It will provide us with a healthier and happier living environment.
