摘　　要：关于人类发展本质的探究对于我们正确把握发展实践具有重要意义。虽然关于人类发展本质的研究可以追索到古希腊,哲学家们也对人类"美好生活"的本质和特征进行了充分的探讨,但在经济学界仍然存在着对"发展"概念和意义深度挖掘的遮掩,致使哲学研究的成果因为缺乏验证其理论的必要工具和专业知识而不能使其被发展实践所接受。只有通过社会调查和哲学反思的结合,发展研究才能真正挖掘人类发展的终极目的。The research on the nature of human development has important significance of knowing the nature of development and guiding human development practice.Ahhough the study about the nature of human development can be traced to ancient Greece and philosophers had discussed the nature and features of ＂good life＂ fully, most economists still avoid the depth digging about ＂development＂. Then, the philosophy theories has not being accepted because of the lack of practice test. Development study which must combine philosophy and social investigation will dig the ultimate goal of human development.
