粉煤灰质红外辐射卫生陶瓷的性能研究

摘  要:粉煤灰是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,将其变废为宝、综合开发利用,已成为我国目前经济建设中一项重要的技术经济政策。实验采用粉煤灰作为主要原料来制备红外辐射卫生陶瓷,主要研究了粉煤灰的含量对陶瓷的成型和性能的影响。采用SEM、红外发射率测量仪(IR)、INSTRON-1195万能测量仪等表征了试样的各种性能,结果表明:随着粉煤灰含量的增加,原料泥浆的可塑性指标下降,而烧结试样烧结性能和抗折强度不断提高,红外发射率却不断减小,当粉煤灰含量为36wt.%(M=2)时,烧结试样具有最优化的性能,即气孔率为3.96%,红外辐射率为0.877,抗折强度为90.72 MPa。Fly ash is one of the largest industrial waste sources in china. An important technologic and economic policy is to recycle and utilize lfy ash comprehensively. In this experiment, lfy ash was used as raw material to make infrared radiation sanitary ceramics, and the inlfuence of the lfy ash content on the molding and performance of the samples was investigated. The sintered samples were detected by SEM, infrared emissivity measuring instrument (IR) and INSTRON-1195 universal measuring instrument. Results show that with the increasing content of lfy ash the plasticity index of raw slurry decreased, while the bending strength of the sintered ceramics increased, and the infrared emissivity declined. When the lfy ash content reached 36%, the sintered ceramics had the optimal performance with the porosity of 3.96%and the infrared emissivity of 0.877 and the bending strength of 90.72 MPa.
