摘 要:针对现有计算换位线棒股线环流的漏感电势法与股线回路法中存在的忽略股线实际换位路径、漏磁场分布假设不合理的问题,基于股线回路原理,提出一种换位线棒股线环流的解析计算方法。将每个股线支路看成由股线电阻、槽部漏电抗和端部漏电抗组成,给出槽部漏电抗和端部漏电抗的算法。以一台水内冷汽轮发电机的不足540°加空换位线棒为例,分别采用解析法和三维有限元法计算了换位股线环流。通过解析法与三维有限元法的计算结果对比表明,两种算法得到的换位股线环流基本一致,验证了解析法的正确性。提出的解析法不但可以快速、准确地计算不同换位方式下股线的环流,而且能够避免复杂的三维建模,更方便工程计算。For the problem that the actual strand transposition path was ignored and the assumption for leakage magnetic field distribution was unreasonable in existing leakage susceptible electric potential method and circuit equation method for the calculation of circulating current,an analytical algorithm was presented based on the principle of circuit equation method.Each strand was composed of resistance,slot leakage reactance and end leakage reactance,and algorithm for slot leakage reactance and end leakage reactance were given.The less than 540° with void transposition bar in an internal water cooling turbogenerator was taken as an example,the circulating current of its transposition strands were calculated by the analytic algorithm and three dimension (3D) finite element method (FEM) respectively.The comparison of analytic algorithm and 3D FEM shows that the strand circulating current calculated by the two methods are almost the same,and the correction of the analytic algorithm is validated.The presented analytic algorithm can not only calculate circulating current of strand in different transposition modes quickly and accurately,but also avoid establishing complex 3 D model,which is more convenient for engineering computation.
