摘  要:采用单质量-单自由度弹性模型、骤加载荷分2阶段施加的方法,对葫芦单梁桥式起重机吊索具进行起升动力学分析,两阶段的弹性载荷分别等于各自状态下的刚性基本载荷与振动载荷之和,非常急骤地突然离地起升工况其起升动载系数约为2。以吊运大长件类物品时的起升事故为案例,采用动力学分析方法,研究突然离地起升工况下事故钢丝绳及其吊索具的张力变化,提出改善整机起动性能、规范自制吊索具设计制造、强化培训和管理等对策,对实现起重机正常安全工作具有指导作用。The dynamic analysis is performed for the sling of the hoist single-beam bridge crane using the single mass-single degree of freedom elastic model and the method of sudden load two-stage application;the elastic loads in both stages respectively equal to the sum of rigid basic load and vibration load under each state.For sudden liftoff condition,the lifting dynamic load factor is about 2.With the lifting accident occurring during lifting huge objects as the study case,the dynamic analysis is performed to research the tension changes of faulty steel rope and sling during sudden liftoff condition and pro-pose according countermeasures such as improving the machine starting performance,standardizing design and manufacture of self-made sling,strengthening training and management,etc.,providing guidance for crane's normal and safe work.
