基于“治未病”思想谈“癌气”概念对肿瘤防治的启示

摘　　要：基于"治未病"思想探讨"癌气"概念在肿瘤防治工作中的应用价值。认为癌气可以为肿瘤的早期预防提供病因依据;扶正是防止癌前病变向恶性肿瘤转化的有效措施;发现特效药物是治疗肿瘤的途径;矿物类中药对肿瘤的治疗作用应受到重视;温病学领域积累的经验和方药可以为防止肿瘤转移提供有益借鉴。This paper discusses the application value of ＂ cancer qi＂ in preventing and treating tumor based on the theory of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂. It is believed that ＂ cancer qi＂ can provide etiological basis for the early prevention of tumor; strengthening healthy qi is an effective measure to prevent malignant transformation; discovering specific medicine is the way to the treatment of cancer; mineral medicine should be taken seriously for the treatment of cancer; experience and prescriptions for warn diseases can provide references for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
