血府逐瘀汤对冠心病高同型半胱氨酸血症患者血管内皮功能影响的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药对冠心病高同型半胱氨酸血症及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法将80例冠心病高同型半胱氨酸血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。两组均予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片、阿司匹林肠溶片口服,对照组加用叶酸片,治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤。两组疗程均为3个月,观察血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、P-选择素(Ps)水平变化情况。结果 1治疗前后组内比较,两组同型半胱氨酸水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,同型半胱氨酸水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组NO、iNOS、SOD、MDA、vWF、Ps水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,NO、iNOS、SOD、MDA、vWF、Ps水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病高同型半胱氨酸血症,可显著改善患者的血管内皮功能,降低血清同型半胱氨酸水平。Objective To study the intervention function of ＂Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction＂ combined western medicine on endothelial function in hyperhomocysteinemia of coronary artery disease. Methods Eighty patients with hyperhomocysteinemia of coronary artery disease were divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups were all given Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets. The control group was add with Fofic Acid, and the treatment group were add with ＂Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction＂, with the course of three months. The levels of Hey, NO, iNOS, SOD, MDA, vWF and Ps in plasma were observed after treatment. Results （1） Within the group after treatment, the differences of the levels of Hcy plasma all have statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; comparison between groups after treatment, the Hcy levels difference was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） Within the group after treatment, the differences of the levels of NO, iNOS, SOD, MDA, vWF and Ps all have statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparison between groups after treatment, the NO, iNOS, SOD, MDA, vWF and Ps levels difference were statistically significant, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of ＂Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction＂ and western medicine is effective to improve the endothelial function and reduce the serum homocysteine levels in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia of coronary artery disease.
