摘 要:目的观察密骨胶囊对自然衰老雄性大鼠血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)和股骨生物力学性能的影响。方法取12月龄SPF级SD雄性大鼠110只,随机分为2组(空白对照组、密骨胶囊组),每组55只。自鼠龄12月龄始,分别给予0.9%NaCl溶液、密骨胶囊灌胃。在鼠龄14、16、18、20、22月龄时,每组各取10只大鼠,腹主动脉取血,分离血清,检测BALP;取右股骨,双能X线(DEXA)检测骨密度(BMD)后,采用三点弯曲法检测股骨生物力学指标(最大载荷、屈服载荷、弹性模量、能量吸收)。结果在14~22月龄阶段,与空白对照组比较,密骨胶囊可维持股骨BMD、弹性模量、屈服载荷和能量吸收;上调血清BALP浓度(P〈0.01)。结论密骨胶囊抗骨质疏松作用可能是通过其促进骨形成,维持骨密度和骨生物力学性能而实现的。Objective To investigate the mechanism of "Mi Gu Capsule" on the serum BALP and the femur biomechanical property in aging male rats. Methods One hundred and ten male rats of 12-month old were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 55 rats in each group. The control group was treated by 0.9% NaCl and the "Mi Gu Capsule" group was treated by "Mi Gu Capsule". Ten rats in each group was chosen to separate the serum and detect the BALP at the 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th and 22nd months. The BMD and the biomechanical indexes were detected. Result At 14 to 22 months stage, compared with the control group, the "Mi Gu Capsule" could keep the femoral BMD, modulus of elasticity, yield load and energy absorption; significantly improve the serum BALP (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The anti-osteoporosis effect of "Mi Gu Capsule" may be association with accelerating osteogenesis, keeping BMD and bone biomechanical property.
