摘　　要：目的:探寻针灸治疗前列腺常见疾病临床研究文献中的选穴规律。方法:对CNKI、VIP及WANFANG DATA临床研究文献中针灸治疗前列腺常见疾病所选腧穴、经络分别进行描述性统计。结果:针灸治疗前列腺常见疾病符合研究标准的文献共389篇,涉及117个穴位、1739频次,平均每个穴位使用14.86次;选用穴位累积频率50%以上且相对频率由大到小依次为关元、中极、三阴交、肾俞、秩边、气海、阴陵泉、次髎;应用频次最多的经络为任脉(35.02%)、膀胱经(28.00%)、脾经(12.08%)。结论:针灸治疗前列腺常见疾病所选穴位以关元、中极、三阴交最为常见,经络主要集中在任脉、膀胱经、脾经。Objective： To explore the acupoint selection law in clinical research literatures on acupuncture treatment for common diseases of the prostate . Methods： To make respectively the descriptive statistics of acupoints and meridians chosen in CNKI, VIP and WANFANG DATA clinical research literatures on acupuncture treatment for common diseases of the prostate. Results： A total of 389 literatures on acupuncture treatment for common diseases of the prostate met the study standards, involved with 117 acupoints, 1 739 frequences, and the each acupoint was used averagely 14.86 times; the cumulative frequences of chosen acupoints exceeded 50%, and the sequence of their chosen relative frequences was in turn from big to small： guan yuan, zhongji, sanyinjiao, shenyu, zhibian, qihai, yinlingquan, ciliao ; The most commonly used meridians were the conception vessel （35.02%） , the bladder meridian （28.00%）, and the spleen meridian （ 12.08% ）. Conclusion： The chosen acupoints for common diseases of the prostate were commonly guan yuan, zhongji, sanyinjiao ; the chosen meridians were mainly the conception vessel, the bladder meridian and the spleen meridian.
