摘  要:目的:研究降血糖中药复方降糖颗粒提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以总提取率和黄芪甲苷为指标用高效液相色谱法对复方的提取方式进行正交实验研究。结果:降糖颗粒提取的最佳工艺条件为A2B3C2,即:加8倍水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮2 h,可以获得较高提取效率和黄芪甲苷的含量。结论:通过正交试验,以方中主要活性成分黄芪甲苷提取量及总提取率作为主要考察指标,并综合考虑实际生产,优选最佳提取工艺条件,为该药品的生产提供科学依据。Objective:To study the optimized process conditions for extracting of hypoglycemic chinese drugs. Method : Taking total extraction rate and Astragal compound hypoglycemic granule oside IV as indexes, to make the orthogonal experimental research of compound extraction method by HPLC. Results: The optimized process conditions for extracting compound hypoglycemic granule was times, each time decocting 2 h, which can get a higher A2 B3 C2 , namely : plus the water of 8 times, decocting three extraction rate and Astragaloside IV content. Conclusion: Through orthogonal test, the extraction volume of main active ingredient Astragaloside IV in the prescription and the total extraction rate were taken as the main inspection indexes, and considering comprehensively the practical production, so as to choose preferably the conditions of optimum extraction process, which provided the scientific basis for manufacturing the drug.
