摘　　要：传感器的标定包括静态标定和动态标定,传感器的动态标定主要用于确定传感器的动态技术指标,如时间常数,频响特性等。该文建立了新型三维加速度传感器的动态模型,设计了传感器的动态标定实验,通过标定实验得到频响曲线,确定了其应用频率的范围。Sensor calibration including static and dynamic calibration.The sensor dynamic calibration is mainly used to determine the dynamic specifications,such as the time constant,frequency response characteristics.The dynamic model of three- axis acceleration sensor is established and the dynamic calibration experiment of sensor is designed in this paper.Frequency response curve is obtained by experiment.The application frequency range is determined.
