镁基储氢材料放氢特征温度的研究

摘  要:用碱熔—酸洗—碳化处理制得的微晶碳作助磨剂,球磨金属镁3 h,制得储氢材料70Mg30C。对球磨后和500℃放氢后的材料进行XRD分析,结果显示材料在球磨过程便可储氢,500℃加热后MgH2全部分解为Mg和H2。用差示扫描量热法、程序升温脱附法、热质联用法和体积法研究了材料放氢特征温度,发现这几种方法测得的初始放氢温度及高峰放氢温度均相近。Hydrogen storage material 70Mg30C was prepared by milling of magnesium for 3 h under hydrogen atmosphere with crystallitic carbon, which was prepared from anthracite coal by demineralization and carbonization, as milling aid. The crystal structure of the material was determined by an X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The X-ray diffraction analysis presented that hydriding took place during milling and most Mg got hydrided after 3 h of milling. All MgH., decomposed into Mg and H2 after heating at 500 ℃. Differential scanning calorimetry, temperature programmed desorption method, thermogravimetric-mass spectrometry and volumetric method were used for the research of hydrogen desorption characteristic temperature of hydrogen storage material. The onset temperatures as well as peak temperatures measured by the above methods are similar.
