摘　　要：研究了流动注射在线分离预富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锰（Ⅱ）的方法.该方法用D-412鳌合树脂作富集柱填充物,对富集柱的吸附容量、进样速度、洗脱液、干扰因子等做了考察.在最佳实验条件下,当进样15mL时,锰的富集倍数为24.9,线性范围0～50μg/L,检出限（3S,n=11）0.404μg/L,相对标准偏差0.83 ％～2.85％,回收率为93.45％.将该方法用于人工海水中锰含量的测定,结果满意.Trace amounts of manganese in seawater have been determinated by online-enrich flame atomic absorption spectrometry on a microcolumn packed with D-412 chelating resin. The concentration factor is 24.9. The linear range is 0-50μg/L, the RSD is 0.83 %-2.85 % and recovery is 93.45 %. Satisfactory results could be obtained in the determination of trace amounts of manganese in seawater.
