亚洲地区基金护照(ARFP)背景下的资本市场合作路径选择

摘　　要：按照APEC特有的自愿原则形成合作协议的模式,目前亚洲区域资本市场合作的路径之一——亚洲地区基金护照正继欧洲基金护照之后而在孕育之中。但亚洲经济体与欧洲经济体的实际情况差异巨大,亚太资本市场的合作要兼顾眼前和长远,从长时段看,亚太地区要积极稳妥推进ARFP建设;而从眼前看,要抓住机遇,切实推进亚洲基础设施投资银行建设。In accordance with the voluntary principle of APEC , patterns of cooperative agreement are formed . One of Asia＆#39;s regional capital market cooperation paths is as follows： after the European fund passport , the Asian fund passport is in infancy .But the Asian economies are greatly different from the European economies .The capital market cooperation shoul both care the immediate and long -term interests.In a long run, the Asia-Pacific region should actively yet prudently proceed with ARFP construction .In a short run , opportunities should be seized so as to promote the construction of the Asian Investment Bank of Infrastructure .
