摘 要:变压器铁心振动与铁心紧固状况、绝缘层损伤程度密切相关。利用振动测量系统分别测量了不同型号的变压器铁心振动情况,并得到了变压器典型位置振动的时域波形及频谱波形数据,以此研究变压器铁心的振动特性以及影响因素。分析结果表明,2台不同型号的变压器铁心振动具有相似的幅频特性,基频均为100 Hz,且1 500 Hz后谐波衰减至0,但两者主频不同。受施加空载电压大小的影响,两者振动加速度信号基频处的幅值均与施加电压的平方呈线性关系,而其它频率处的幅值与施加电压的平方不一定呈线性关系。The vibration signal of transformer core is correlative with the conditions of corecompression and insulation. In this paper, the vibration signals of different types of transformer cores are measured, time-domain waveform and spectrum waveform data is obtained, and the characteristics of vibration of transformer core and the factors effecting vibration are described. The results show that different types of transformer cores have similar frequency characteristics, the fundamental frequency is 100 Hz, and harmonic attenuate to 0 after 1500 Hz, but the two different frequency. Affected by the size of the no-load voltage applied, the amplitudes of the fundamental frequency of vibration acceleration signals have linear relation with the square of the voltage. The analysis results offer favorable ground work for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of large power transformer.
