密闭式灌肠管在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术前肠道准备中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨密闭式灌肠管在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术前肠道准备中的应用及效果。方法收集我院2012年6月至2013年3月可疑妇科恶性肿瘤并在我科行手术治疗的患者80例,随机分为密闭式灌肠管组(试验组)和0.2%软皂溶液灌肠组(对照组),比较两种灌肠剂全程灌肠所需时间,患者用药后耐受性和依从性,灌肠液外溢情况,患者肠道清洁程度,术中肠管积便、积气充盈情况,术后便秘、肠胀气的情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者全程灌肠所需时间显著缩短(P<0.01);耐受性显著提高,灌肠液外溢情况明显改善(P<0.01);肠道清洁程度提高,术中肠管积便和积气充盈情况减少,术后便秘和肠胀气情况明显缓解(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用密闭式灌肠管为患者行术前肠道准备,方法简便、不良反应少,适合临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of closed enema tube application in preoperative preparation for patients with gynecology malignant tumor.Methods 80 patients undetermined gynecology malignant tumors in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2013 were selected and randomly divided into closed enema tube group（experimental group） and enema with 0.2 ％ soft soap group （control group） respectively.The time for enema,patients＇ endurance and compliance after treatment,flowing-out of enema fluid,clearance of intestines,intraoperative bowel accumulated stool and gas,postoperative constipation and intestinal tympanites of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the time for enema significantly decreased in experimental group （P ＜ 0.01） ;the endurance,flow ing-out of enema fluid and clearance of intestines were all improved （P ＜ 0.01）.During the operation,clearance of intestines,accumulated stool and gas of patients in experimental group decreased.After the operation,constipation and intestinal tympanites were also improved（P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion The method of the closed enema tube in preoperative preparation for patients with gynecology malignant tumor is simple with fewer adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
