含抗菌药物处方点评调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析某院使用抗菌药物的情况,为医疗机构合理使用药物提供参考。方法以《处方管理办法》、《北京市医疗机构处方专项点评指南(试行)》等为依据,抽取该院2013年1-9月门诊处方11 034张。对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计、分析,对存在的问题提出意见、建议。结果 11 034张处方中,应用抗菌药物处方1 391张,占12.60%。其中,抗菌药物联用处方120张,占应用抗菌药物处方的8.63%;注射用抗菌药物处方占应用抗菌药物处方的4.38%,基本抗菌药物使用频次占抗菌药物使用频次的49.48%,抗菌药物的不合理处方占抗菌药物处方的9.71%。结论含抗菌药物处方的使用情况基本达标,但仍需通过相关管理决策,继续改进抗菌药物使用的合理性。Objective To offer reference about rational drug use for medical institutions by investigating and analyzing utilization of antibacterial drugs in certain medical agency.Methods Based on ＂Administrative Rules on Prescriptions＂ and ＂special comment and guide on Beijing medical institution prescriptions（trial） ＂,the author drawed 11 034 pieces of clinical prescriptions issued from January to September in 2013 as sample subjects,and made statistical study on antibacterial drug utilization status so as to bring up suggestions on outstanding issues.Results 1 391 prescriptions out of total 11 034 precriptions used antibacterial drugs,which took up 12.60％ of total amount.Among the 1 391 antibacterial descriptions,120 prescriptions（8.63％） fell into combined antibacterial drugs use category.Injection use of antibacterial prescriptions took up 4.38％ of all antibacterial prescriptions.Utilization frequency of basic antibacterial drugs constituted 49.48％ of all antibacterial drugs use.9.71％ of all antibacterial prescriptions were inappropriate utilization on antibacterial agent.Conclusion Comprehensive utilization status of antibacterial prescriptions is primarily up to standard,but it is still necessary to continue improving rational utilization of antibacterial drugs,with control of related management policy.
