摘 要:依据南水北调工程中渠道衬砌反滤层的滤土和排水功能,进行了反滤料的原材料质量控制研究.改进了渠坡斜坡面检测中反滤料干密度的试验装置,使其成功应用于南水北调实际工程中.通过现场的碾压试验,确定了渠道衬砌反滤料施工的最佳含水率、碾压遍数、虚铺厚度等控制参数.最后给出了渠道衬砌反滤料施工过程质量控制要点和碾压施工工艺.Based on the function of soil filtering and drainage of the canal lining anti-filter layer in South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the quality control of anti-filter material was studied in this paper. The test device was improved and successfully applied to Southto-North Water Transfer Project. By rolling compaction test,the construction parameters of the canal lining anti-filter material were determined,including the optimum water content,times of rolling compaction,virtual height and so on. Finally,key points about the construction quality control of canal lining anti-filter material and its construction technology of rolling compaction were expounded.
