摘　　要：多糖是由醛糖和酮糖以糖苷键连接在一起的一类含有多种活性物质的大分子化合物。活性多糖作为生物效应调节剂,主要作用于机体的免疫系统,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗凝血、抗病毒、降血脂、降血糖等活性。本文对多糖的提取、分离以及纯化方法进行了总结,以期对今后多糖衍生产品的开发和在皮革行业中的应用提供借鉴。Polysaccharide is a range of high molecular compounds containing a variety of active sub- stances, and it is composed of aldoses and ketoses through glycosidic bonds. The active polysaccharide as biological response modifiers, plays a major role in the body＇s immune system, possessing antitumor, anti- inflammatory, anti-coagulation, anti-viral, hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic activities.
