摘　　要：本文针对靶场遥测数据实际使用中缺乏可信性研究的现状,从可用性,可靠性,精确性3个方面,分析不同使用单位对遥测数据的可信性需求,提出了利用层次分析法实现数据可信性的模型、准则,使用连环替代法改变原有权重因子计算方法,克服了层次分析法固有的不变性,并以某单位使用实例,分析计算结果证明,该方法可行,为靶场遥测数据的深入使用开辟了新思路、新方法。This paper aim to actual use of base telemetry data, which lack protection of the dependability, from three areas： availability, reliability and accuracy, Analyzed different units＆#39;requirement about achieved telemetry data dependability, Proposed models and guidelines of credibility data by use AHP. Used interlocking substitution,which changed calculation method of the original weighting factor, overcome the inherent invariance about AHP, And the analyst calculation of unit used examples, results show that the method is feasible. it opened up new ideas and new methods for the in-depth use base telemetry data.
