摘　　要：以中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所为例,介绍了农业科研单位知识产权保护现状,分析其存在的主要问题,并提出了相应建议,以供参考。Taking tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute,Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences for example,the current status of intellectual property rights protection in agricultural scientific research institutes were introduced,the existing problems were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions were also put forward for reference.
