摘  要:文章以汽车空调涡旋压缩机为研究对象,重点分析了变基圆渐开线涡旋型线的几何理论,建立了变基圆渐开线涡旋型线的方程;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,在气体温度和压力耦合载荷工况下,对比分析了定、变基圆渐开线涡旋体的应力和应变。研究结果表明,在相同制冷量的条件下,变基圆渐开线涡旋体的结构特点优于定基圆渐开线涡旋体,能够更好地适应压缩机的复杂工况条件。Taking scroll compressor used in automotive air conditioning as research target ,the geome-try theory of the scroll with involutes of variable radii is selectively analyzed and the equation of scroll is established .Under the working conditions of gas temperature load and temperature load coupled with pressure load ,the stress and strain of the scroll with involutes of fixed and variable radii are compared and analyzed by using ANSYS software .The results show that the scroll with involutes of variable radii has better structural characteristics than the one with involutes of fixed radii and fits the complex working condition of compressor better when the refrigerating capacity is the same .
