吸附剂量对粉煤灰合成沸石吸附磷酸根离子、氟离子与六价铬离子的影响

摘　　要：利用粉煤灰合成的沸石吸附磷酸根离子、氟离子与六价铬离子,考察了吸附剂投加量对3种离子吸附去除率与饱和吸附量的影响。结果表明:吸附剂量对粉煤灰合成沸石吸附磷酸根离子、氟离子与六价铬离子的去除率与饱和吸附量均影响显著。随着粉煤灰合成沸石投加量的逐渐增加,其对3种离子的吸附去除率均不断提高,单位质量的沸石吸附剂对3种离子的饱和吸附量不断下降。在吸附剂投加量相同时,其对磷酸根离子、氟离子与六价铬离子的竞争吸附顺序为:Cr6+>PO3-4>F-,且这3种离子的竞争吸附顺序不会随着粉煤灰合成沸石投加量的增加而有所变化。T he article investigates the effect of adsorbent dosage on three ions＇adsorption removal rate and saturated adsorption capacity through the adsorption of phosphate ion ,fluoride ion and hexavalent chromium ion by zeolite synthesized from flyash .The results show that the adsorbent dosage has great impact on syn-thetic zeolite＇s adsorption removal rate and saturated adsorption capacity of the three ions .With the increas-ing dosage of the synthetic zeolite ,the adsorption removal rate of three ions increases ,w hile unit mass of the zeolite adsorbent＇s saturated adsorption capacity of three ions decreases gradually .At the same level of adsor-bent dosage ,the competitive adsorption sequence of phosphate ion ,fluoride ion and hexavalent chromium ion is Cr6＋ 〉PO3 -4 〉F- ,and the competitive adsorption sequencne of the three ions doesn＇t change with the in-creasing dosage of synthetic zeolite .
