摘 要:电池组管理系统由于涉及单体电池的电压、温度采样及均衡控制,存在电路复杂、成本高等问题。采用新一代电子器件PSoC,运用软硬件协同设计技术,设计了一种电池组管理系统。该系统能够实现单体电池电压、总电压、电流和温度的检测。并且具有过充电、过电流、短路、过温度等保护功能。系统均衡控制电路由PSoC内部的CPU及数字模块构成,减少了外围元件的数量;模拟硬件复用器和模拟模块构成的电流、电压检测电路替代了大量的外部检测电路,可缩小电路板的尺寸,降低系统的成本,提高系统的精度和可靠性。There exists some problems in the battery management system, such as circuit complex and high hardware cost, because the system has advanced functions of single battery voltage sampling, temperature sampling and balance control. A new kind of battery management system based on the newly PSoC and hardware/software co-design was proposed in this article. The battery management system has the capacities in detecting the voltage of every cells in series, the total voltage of the batteries, the current flowing through the batteries and the temperature around the series, etc. The system also provided several protection fuctions such as over charge, over current, short circuit and overtemperature. With PSoC, a system balance control circuit based on CPU and digital logic module within PSoC with less electronic component was developed. The current and voltage detecting circuit was composed of analog multiplexer and analog logic module within PSoC, which greatly simplified the complex peripheral circuit, reduced the PCB size and the cost of the system, and improved the precision and the reliability of the system.
