摘 要:在一定假设条件下,将每片电池分成10层,每层看成一个集总参数,在Matlab/Simulink软件平台上搭建了由20片电池及端板组成的瞬态分层集总参数电堆水热管理模型。分别对不同双极板材料、不同端板材料、电堆内有/无残存冷却液及加载1.0 A/cm2的电流密度进行仿真研究,得到不同参数对PEMFC电堆低温起动的影响,为燃料电池电堆的低温起动提供技术支持。On the assumed condition, a single cell was divided into ten layers. Each layer was regarded as a lumped parameter. The transient, layered and lumped model of the stack with water and thermal management which included 20 single cells was built by applying MaUab/Simulink software. Simulation analysis was done for the different bipolar plate materials, the endplate materials, the stack interior with/without the remaining coolant, and loaded 1.0 A/cm2. The effect of the stack's cold-start was gained for different parameters in subfreezing environment. The technical support for the cold-start of fuel cell stack was provided.
