摘 要:设计了一种以Viper22为PWM控制芯片的高频单端反激式开关电源.利用三端稳压器TL431和光耦隔离器件PC817实现了对电源电压的隔离、反馈以及控制.这是一款输入交流电压范围为85~265 V,输出直流电压为15 V/0.4A和9 V/0.5 A的单端反激式开关电源,具有体积小,功率密度高等优点,适用于基于单片机的逆变系统.实验结果表明,所设计的开关电源具有优良的稳压性能,输出电压纹波小.目前,该开关电源已运用于基于单片机的无刷直流电机控制系统一年多,运行稳定.A fly-back switching power supply based on Viper22 was designed. The three terminal regulator TL431 and the optically coupled isolated device PC817 was used to realize the isolation, feedback and controlling of the power supply. It is a fly-back switching power supply that the input AC voltage ranges from 85 V to 265 V and the output DC voltage are 15 V/0.4 A and 9 V/0.5 A. It has the advantages of small volume, high power density suitable for the inverter system based on SCM. The experimental results show that the design of the switching power supply has excellent power performance and small output ripple voltage. At present, the switching power supply has been applied in the control system of BLDCM based on SCM more than a year.
