摘 要:体验式教学是指根据学生的认知特点和规律,通过创造实际的或重复经历的情境和机会,呈现或再现、还原教学内容,使学生在亲历的过程中理解并建构知识、发展能力。将这种教学方式引入高校法律基础课的教学中能有效地将抽象的法律知识和生动的案例、实践结合,增加课程的趣味性和形象性,激发了学生求学的好奇心,改变了对法律课程教学的刻板印象,从被动学习转变为主动学习,提升法律教学的实际功效。Through the experiential teaching method,with the creation of actual or repeated experience situation and opportunity, presentation and reduction of teaching content, students are enabled to understand and construct knowledge, develop capability in the process of personal experience on the basis of their cognitive characteristics and cognitive law. The introduction of this kind of teaching method into the basic courses of law in colleges and universities can effectively combine the abstract legal knowledge with vivid eases and practice, increase interesting and vividness of the course, stimulate students' learning curiosity, change their stereotyped impressions on the law courses teaching, shift them from passive learning into active learning, thus enhance the actual effect of law teaching.
