济南市民办高校教师心理健康调查分析

摘　　要：随着工作压力增大,国内高校毕业生就业情况日益严峻,多数高校毕业生走向民企。民办高校原则上属于省级教育系统管辖,实则从运营模式和管理模式看属于民企性质。民办高校教师的地位与作用也与普通公办高校教师有着巨大差异,导致民办高校教师对自身发展感到迷茫,并长期处在矛盾冲突中,并由此引发某些心理问题。本研究通过对济南市民办高校教师进行SCL-90测试,并与全国常模做比较,分析济南市民办高校教师心理健康状况。本文基于民办教师人口学变量因素比较了不同类型民办教师心理健康差异性。With the increase of work pressure, the employment situation of college graduates is increasingly grim, and the majority of college graduates enter private enterprises. In principle, private colleges belong to the provincial education system, but in fact, they are private enterprises viewing from their operation and management models. The status and role of private college teach- ers are also greatly different from those of public college teachers, leading to private college teachers＇ confusion and contradiction of their own development, and thus resulting in some psychological problems. Through the SCL-90 test of private college teachers in Ji＇nan City and the comparison with national norm, this paper analyzed the psychological health of private college teachers in Ji＇nan City. Based on demographic variables, this paper compares the differences of the psychological health of private college teachers of different types.
