摘  要:现代生活中初中生面临着来自于各方面的压力,因此,研究他们面对压力时的应对方式及其与元认知水平的相关关系,对于改善他们的身心健康水平,提高教育质量具有重要的意义。通过有效问卷测量的结果表明:初中生使用六种应对方式的次序依次是问题解决、忍耐、退避、求助、发泄、幻想;问题解决和求助在性别上有显著差异;六种应对方式与元认知八个维度有较显著的相关关系。In contemporary life, junior high school students are facing with pressure from various aspects, therefore, to research the correlation between their coping styles and meta-cognitive level when facing pressure is of great significance of improving their physical and psychological health and improving the quality of education. Through effective questionnaire survey, the result shows that the six coping styles used by junior high school stu- dents are problem-solving, tolerance, retreat, seeking help, vent and illusion in turn;solving problem and seeking help are significantly different in gender; there is an obvious relation between the six coping styles and the eight dimensions of meta-cognitive level.
