新城疫活疫苗(V4/HB92克隆株)对鹌鹑、鸽临床试验

摘　　要：应用兽药GMP车间生产的3批新城疫活疫苗(V4/HB92克隆株)中试产品分别在安陆和云梦对7 500只鹌鹑和4 500只鸽进行了临床效力试验。安全试验结果表明,3批疫苗用10倍剂量分别对30日龄的鹌鹑和鸽滴鼻,观察10 d,无任何毒副反应。免疫效力试验分为滴鼻和饮水2种方法,3批疫苗滴鼻免疫3 000只鹌鹑,免疫后2周抗体开始上升,ND-HI达3.9 log2,抗体持续16周;饮水免疫的3 000只鹌鹑,2周抗体为3.1 log2,抗体持续8周。三批疫苗滴鼻免疫1 500只鸽,免疫2周ND-HI抗体达4.1log2,抗体持续8周;饮水免疫的1 500只鸽,免疫后2周抗体为3.8 log2,持续8周抗体仍然为4.1 log2。试验攻毒保护力测定结果与ND-HI抗体水平呈正相关。The clinical efficacy of three batches NDV live vaccine （V4/HB92 clone strain） were tested on 7 500 quails and 4 500 pigeons at Anlu and Yunmeng in Hubei province.The safety test showed that there was no toxic and side effect in 10 days after dripped 10-times doses on 30 days old quails in nasal with the three batches vaccine.The antibody in 3 000 intranasal immunized quails were raised after two weeks post immunization.The ND-HI was 3.9 log2 and lasting 16 weeks.The antibody in the 3 000 quails immunized by drinking water was 3.1 log2 after two weeks post immunization and lasting 8 weeks.The ND-HI of intranasal immunized 1 500 pigeons were 4.1 log2 after two weeks post immunization and lasting 8 weeks while the antibody level of the 1 500 drinking immunized pigeon was 3.1 log2 at two weeks post immunization and maintained 4.1 log2 after 8 weeks.The results of virus attacking test showed that the protection was correlated with the antibody titer.
