摘  要:在温度(20±0.5)℃、pH 6.8~7.5的条件下,研究了低蛋白质含量(28%)饲料中添加不同浓度维生素B6(0、15、30、45、60、75 mg/kg)对史氏鲟(Acipenser schrenki Brandt)幼鱼能量收支的影响.结果表明,浓度为45~60mg/kg维生素B6的饲料组其饲料转化效率最高,粪能分配率和排泄能分配率偏低,生长能分配率显著高于其他组(P<0.05).因此,在低蛋白质含量(28%)饲料中适量添加维生素B6(45~60 mg/kg)能够促进史氏鲟幼鱼的生长,同时减少水质污染.能量收支方程为45 mg/kg饲料组100C=21.3F+11.5U+46.3R+21.0G,60 mg/kg饲料组100C=1 9.7F+1 0.3U+52.7R+1 7.3G.Under the conditions of temperature (20±0.5) ℃ and pH 6.8~7.5,effects of adding Vitamin B6 (VB6) at different levels (0,15,30,45,60,75 mg/kg)in feed with lower protein (28%) on energy budget of juvenile Acipenser schrenki Brandt was investigated.The results showed that the food conversion efficiency reached the highest at basal diet containing 45 mg/kg to 60 mg/kg VB6.The proportion of food energy allocated to feces energy and excretion energy was significantly decreased.The proportion of food energy allocated to growth was highest (P<0.05).The results indicated that the growth of juvenile A.schrenski's is significantly promoted at 45 mg/kg to 60 mg/kg of VB6,and water pollution is decreased.The energy budget was 100 C=21.3 F+11.5 U+46.3 R+21.0 G(45 mg/kg level) and 100 C=19.7 F+10.3 U+52.7 R+17.3 G(60 mg/kg level).
