山溪鲵皮肤系统的显微结构观察

摘　　要：用组织切片法和苏木精—伊红染色法对山溪鲵(Batrachuperus pinchonii)不同部位的皮肤进行了显微观察。结果表明,山溪鲵皮肤主要分为表皮和真皮,皮肤表面轻微角化,表皮下微血管丰富,利于皮肤呼吸;真皮中含有大量的皮肤腺,分为黏液腺和颗粒腺,黏液腺大多分布在头部和躯干部,尾部的颗粒腺多而大,尤其尾后侧更为丰富;不同部位皮肤厚度不同,躯干背部皮肤最薄,尾后侧皮肤最厚;色素细胞主要分布在疏松层近表皮处,在腹中部较少,而在其他部位较多。Batrachuperus pinchonii in different parts of the skin were observed by sectioning tissue and hematoxylin-eosin staining.The skin was consisted of two layers known as the epidermis and the dermis and the surface with mild keratosis phenomenon.Abundant capillaries were found underneath the epidermis and vmy beneficial to the skin respiration.The dermis contained a lot of skin glands divided into mucus glands and granular glands.Mucus glands were mainly located in the head and trunk.Granular glands were larger in the tail.Granular glands in the tail rear were more abundant.There were different thicknessess of skin at various parts,such as the thinnest skin of the trunk back and the thickest skin in the tail rear.Pigment cells were mainly distributed in the loose layer near the epidermis and in the middle part of less and more in other parts.
