摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法建立裕丹参(Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)药材的指纹图谱。采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm);0.01%(V/V)磷酸溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min;检测波长280 nm。用指纹图谱相似度评价软件计算相似度。结果表明,该方法精密度、重现性、稳定性和各共有峰相对保留时间的RSD均小于5%,各产地样品的相似度大于90%,各产地裕丹参药材的品质比较稳定,为这些地区裕丹参的GAP种植提供了理论依据。High performance liquid chromatography was used to establish the fingerprint of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..The sample was separated by Zorbax SB-C18 column (250×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase of 0.01%(V/V) phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile.The gradient elution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL/min and detected at 280 nm.The similarity was calculated by fingerprint similarity evaluation software.The results showed that the RSD of precision,reproducibility,stability for this method were less than 5%.The similarity of these samples were more than 90%,indicating that the qualities of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.from different place were similar.It will provide a reference for cultivating Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.based on the GAP.
