裕丹参的高效液相指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法建立裕丹参(Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)药材的指纹图谱。采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm);0.01%(V/V)磷酸溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min;检测波长280 nm。用指纹图谱相似度评价软件计算相似度。结果表明,该方法精密度、重现性、稳定性和各共有峰相对保留时间的RSD均小于5%,各产地样品的相似度大于90%,各产地裕丹参药材的品质比较稳定,为这些地区裕丹参的GAP种植提供了理论依据。High performance liquid chromatography was used to establish the fingerprint of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge..The sample was separated by Zorbax SB-C18 column （250×4.6 mm,5 μm）,with the mobile phase of 0.01％（V/V） phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile.The gradient elution was adopted at the flow rate of 1 mL/min and detected at 280 nm.The similarity was calculated by fingerprint similarity evaluation software.The results showed that the RSD of precision,reproducibility,stability for this method were less than 5％.The similarity of these samples were more than 90％,indicating that the qualities of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.from different place were similar.It will provide a reference for cultivating Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.based on the GAP.
