甘南高原红景天中多糖含量的测定

摘　　要：红景天(Rhodiola rosea)系景天科红景天属植物,富含植物多糖。通过超声提取红景天中的多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定其含量,结果表明,甘南高原红景天中多糖的含量达到0.542 4 g/kg,该结果可为红景天植物的评价提供参考。Rhodiola rosea is a plant in the Crassulaceae family Rhodiola genus,which is rich in polysaccharides.The polysaccharide was extracted with ultrasonic extraction and detected with phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide in Rhodiola rosea from Gannan plateau reached 0.542 4 g/kg.It will provide a reference for evaluating rhodiola rosea.
