成都市农用地集约利用与经济发展关系的动态计量分析

摘　　要：根据成都市2000～2011年统计数据,对农用地集约利用与经济发展之间的相互关系采用动态计量分析,研究结果表明成都市农用地集约利用与经济发展存在着长期均衡的一阶协整关系,同时两者间也是双向因果关系,两者间相互作用效果有所不同.对于农用地集约利用带来的冲击,经济发展在当期呈现响应,而对于经济发展的冲击,农用地集约利用滞后呈现响应.两者对彼此间的标准差冲击随着时期的增加呈现正向递减的反馈机制.因此需要把握两者关系,依托农业产业化经营,协调农地保护与经济发展.Based on the statistics of Chengdu city from 2000 to 2011,Dynamic Econometric Analysis was used to find the relationship between agricultural intensive utilization and economic development.The results showed that there was a firstorder co-integration relationship of long-term equilibrium between economic development and the intensive utilization of agricultural land in Chengdu cry.A two-way causal relationship existed between them with no different interation.For intensive land use,economic development showed the response in the current period.For the economic development,utilization of agricultural land showed the hysteretic response.The feedback mechanism from the standard deviation of impact between them was decreasing.It is necessary to find the relationship between them,relying on the industrial management of agriculture combined with coordinated protection of agricultural land and economic development.
