摘  要:渍水危害是长江中下游地区的重要自然灾害之一,严重影响小白菜的产量和品质。通过施用印度梨形孢(Piriformospora indica)固体肥、液体肥和不施肥后渍水7 d的3个处理盆栽试验,分析了追施印度梨形孢生物菌肥对渍害小白菜生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明,追施印度梨形孢固(液)体菌肥均能显著减轻小白菜渍害,提高产量。与对照组相比,各处理组的蛋白质含量、还原型维生素C、可溶性总糖、叶绿素含量、CAT含量、SOD含量均显著提高,尤其以追施印度梨形孢液体肥效果最佳。Waterlogging as one of the important natural disasters seriously affects the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage in the middle and lower region of the Yangtze River. After using of solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer and no fertilizer of Piriformo- spora indica, the influences of waterlogging on growth and related physiological index of the Chinese cabbage were analyzed at 7 d after waterlogging treatment. The results showed that the use of solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer of Piriformospora in- dica could significantly reduce the waterlogging damage, improve the yield, and the content of protein, vitamin C, soluble sugar, chlorophyll, CAT, SOD content, root growth of Chinese cabbage. The liquid fertilizer had the best effect.
