摘  要:以花生(Arachis hypogaea)种子为试验材料,分别用0、2、4、6、8mg/L的Na2SeO3溶液浸种20 h,研究硒对花生芽菜产量、品质及保护酶活性的影响.结果表明,4 mg/L Na2SeO3溶液浸种可显著提高花生种子的发芽率、发芽势,促进花生芽菜生长,提高芽菜产量.适量的硒浸种可提高花生芽菜的品质,4 mg/LNa2SeO3溶液处理时,芽菜的VC、可溶性糖含量最高;8mg/L Na2SeO3溶液处理时,硝酸盐含量最低.一定浓度的硒浸种可以显著提高花生芽菜保护酶活性,6 mg/L Na2SeO3溶液处理时,芽菜的POD、CAT活性最高;8 mg/L Na2SeO3溶液处理时,芽菜的SOD活性最高.适量的硒对花生芽菜具有明显的增产和改善品质与提高保护酶活性的作用,最适宜花生芽菜生长的Na2SeO3浓度为4~6 mg/L.Effects of selenium on yield and qualities and protective enzyme of peanut (Arachis hypogaea)sprouts were studied using different concentrations Na2SeO3 solution (0,2,4,6,8 mg/L) to soake seeds for 20 h.The results showed that when seeds were soaked in Se solution with the concentration of 4 mg/L,the germination rate,germination power and production were significantly improved and content of vitamin C and soluble sugar was the highest.Content of nitrate nitrogen reached the lowest at 8 mg/L.With the concentration of 6 mg/L,the activities of peroxidase and catalase were the highest.The activities of superoxide was the highest at 8 mg/L.Adding appropriate Se can promote the growth,yield,qualities and protective enzyme activity in peanut sprouts.The optimal concentration of Se for peanut sprouts growth was 4~6 mg/L.
