摘  要:用NBT光化还原法、Fenton反应法和钼酸铵显色分光光度法对苦荞[Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaertn]叶和茎水提液清除羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的作用进行了研究。结果表明,苦荞叶和茎水提液具有较强的清除自由基能力,而且随水提液浓度增加其清除能力增强。其中叶的清除能力显著高于茎。The scavenging effects of aqueous extractions from the leaf and the aerial stem of Fagopyrum tartaricum on hydrox- yl radicals, superoxide anion radicals and hydrogen peroxide were studied with nitro blue terra-zolium photochemica reduc- tion, Fenton reaction and spectrophotometric assay. The results showed that the aqueous extractions from the leaf and aerial stem of Fagopyrum tartaricum had a strong capacity of scavenging radicals. The scavenging capacity was enhanced with the increase of concentration of the aqueous extractions. The scavenging capacity of the aqueous extractions from leaf was signifi- cantly higher than that of those from aerial stem.
